I got my monkeys back!
And then the big monkey went off camping with my handsome husband for a week.
So the little monkey is home with me, which is dangerous because - left to our own devices - neither of us would eat anything but cake.

Around here....

Weekend at the grandparents in Suisun - lush where it's irrigated, brittle where it's not. Cousins, books and puzzles, Anthony's risotto. My monkeys have run off with other grandparents now - for a week. I'm pretending not to be lonely. So far, not doing a very good job of it.
