I'll be at the Independent Designer Market on Saturday, December 5th at the Women's Building in SF. Shop from local designers and artists this holiday while enjoying free henna tattoos, DJ beats and treats from Bi-Rite Creamery. Local designers will be selling the latest in jewelry, apparel, handbags, pet accessories, handmade artisan food, bath and body care goods, kids clothing and more!

AND! Thanksgiving happened! And it was just as straight-up crazy as only Thanksgiving can be. You know - place cards and perfect weather and zip-lining with cousins and remarks about your parenting style and employment status at dinner.
AND? beer and Scrabble with some of my favorite people - which was awesome, and noticing it's awesomeness while it was happening, which was awesomer.
And we saw Santa. I get giggly and star-struck when I see Santa.

Weee! Urban Epic was - well, pretty epic.... Yes? Epic enough anyway. Old friends! New friends! Beautiful venue and a beautiful view. I'm so exhausted/inspired. That's my favorite state of being, I think.

Around here, I bought my handsome husband a Pocket Buddha and everything went immediately to hell. It's been rough around here. Not like - walk out of Syria with a child on your back rough? But - job loss / equipment failure / operator error / bad luck rough.
My super-friend Julie is telling me that I have to throw the Pocket Buddha away. Have we not seen the Brady Bunch?
